4. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sweethemp.eu with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or does not match the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sweethemp.eu with a photo of the product and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
