General Terms and Conditions of Sale - Sweet Hemp

Article 1 - Company Information
The website sweethemp.eu is operated by The Trade Group, a Société par Actions Simplifiée (SAS) with a share capital of €100.00, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 103 379 772, with its registered office at 32 Rue André Visage, 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine, France.

Article 2 - Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the website sweethemp.eu. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation.
Article 3 - Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of the customer's order. Each product is accompanied by a description and a photograph. The photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual element.
All products comply with current European and French legislation. Products containing CBD (cannabidiol) contain less than 0.3% THC in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed. The Trade Group reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed and are charged in addition to the product price unless otherwise stated.
Article 5 - Orders
The customer places an order through the website by following the online purchasing process. An order confirmation is sent by email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the sale.
The Trade Group reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists or which appears fraudulent.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are indicated during the checkout process and may include credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and other methods as made available on the website.
All transactions are processed securely.
Article 7 - Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan France and may vary for other European destinations.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. The Trade Group cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Shipping rates and available delivery zones are displayed during the checkout process.
Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify The Trade Group by email at contact@sweethemp.eu, clearly stating their intention to withdraw. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, at the customer's expense, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
Article 9 - Warranties and Liability
All products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
The Trade Group shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products.
Article 10 - Personal Data
Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Article 11 - Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings. The customer may also refer to a consumer mediation service.
